Mike and Jennie are both semi-retired. We moved recently to the Sunshine Coast BC, to the city of Sechelt. I am still a teacher on call and a French resource teacher. Mike does some consulting work part-time with Parks Canada. We are also both quite involved volunteering in the community. We have a 26 year old daughter who teaches French immersion in the Vancouver area and a 29 year old son who lives in Revelstoke BC.

The spacious deck was our favorite place to eat, and watch the hummingbirds visit the many flowers in the garden. Sechelt is a very relaxing nice town offering everything you require for the day-to-day living. The drive to the BC ferries is only 30 minutes, and allows for a convenient connection to Vancouver.
