Description of the home we are offering for exchange
My one-bedroom condo is very well located. Half a block off the historical Parc La Fontaine.
It is on Plateau Mont-Royal which is like being in France.
The old architecture of the buildings make it feel that way.
Many Café and good restaurants where you bring your own wine (without cost) are close by.
The famous "Pied de Cochon" and "L'Express" are a few blocks away.
It is exciting to walk on St-Denis and avenue Mont-Royal which leads you to the mountain "Mont Royal". Again, there are many restaurants, Cafés, boutiques on those streets.
If you like walking, my condo is walking distance to the Old Montréal (about 30 minutes walk) and also to "Quartier des Spectacles" and more.
My condo is clean, cozy, comfortable, well equipped.
There is a balcony at the front and one at the back.
Car exchange is possible.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
It is important for me to find my condo clean and tidy when I come back. The same way that it was when you arrived.
Since this is a condo, to respect our neighbors is important. Music, noises should be kept at a reasonable level.
