Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The house is one floor, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a den. Full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and garage. Back patio, with barbecue looking onto the greenway. You will also have access to the Clubhouse, which houses a billiards room, pool, hottub, library and full gym. There are also weekly/nightly activities for you to join and participate in. We have a large greenway that is ideal to walk.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Kelowna is a fairly small city, with a busy downtown. We are close to downtown, but far enough away that it is peaceful and we don't have much overflow. We have many wineries that are accessible by vehicle, and skiing during the winter. Within walking distance there is a small strip mall for grabbing groceries, but just blocks away there is a shopping mall, and larger groceries stores (about a 15-20 minute walk). We are also about a 10 - 15 minute drive from Orchard Park Mall. There is also a movie theatre, and many restaurants near by. It is located in a retirement complex, which is gated. The gates close from 6 pm - 7 am (You can also come and go during these times with the key).

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Lake access is only a couple blocks away. We are close to the mall, beaches, and the threatre. In a car it is about 5 minutes to downtown Kelowna were there are restaurants, bars, casinos and live "In the Park" shows. Downtown Kelowna follows the lake and you can walk and shop the local shops.
