Open plan, comfortable and warm home. Private rear garden, facing south west. Close to shops, buses and parks. Within a couple of miles of the nearest beach. Literally 5 mins drive to Comox (YQQ) airport with easy links to major hubs such as Vancouver and Calgary. Lots of walks and parks nearby.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Comox / Courtenay is a modest sized community on the East Coast of Vancouver Island, BC. Our home is in a quiet subdivision with parks and walkways very close by. There are sandy beaches close by and beautiful trails through parks and natural forest, there are many creeks and waterfalls to discover. Although we are on the edge of an urban area with all it's benefits we are surrounded by quickly accessible green space, beaches and a natural harbour estuary with riverside walks. The Comox Valley airport is only a couple of miles away, though we rarely hear the planes coming or going.
