Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our flat is a cozy mansard recently renovated with new furniture. It has a wonderful terrace of about 45 m2. It is in the second floor, in the first floor there is the flat where my parents
live. My parents together with my uncle and antie they discretely take care of the building, its flats and the people that come across these flats.
The quarter, Borghesiana, is in the southeast suburb of Rome, 13km from downtown, 15km from Ciampino airport and 6km from Tor Vergata University.
From Borghesiana is very east to visit:
- Frascati (7km) and all the area called "Castelli romani" famous for its wine, villas and volcanic lakes;
- Tivoli famous for its thermal waters, its villa with numerous fountains and the famous and wonderful "Villa Adriana";
- Palestrina famous for Pierluigi who invented the musical square notation; from its highest point you can see the sea and harbor of Ostia during clean sky days.
Public transport: underground line C, buses direction downtown, Castelli Romani and Palestrina
