I live in a penthouse in Rome, close to Gianicolo and with a tramline that it’s going to bring you in Largo Argentina. Windy during summer and warm during winter, it has a beautiful covered terrace where it’s possible to eat or get sun tanned. The house is quiet and the neighbourhood is residential, so very safe.

I live with in a big penthouse in Rome, near Trastevere and downtown the city. Ventilate in summer, well-heated in winter, with a large covered terrace where you can eat or sunbathe. The house is quiet and has a beautiful veranda. There are 6 beds, two bathroom, a big lounge area and all the comforts of a big house.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
My district is very quiet, away from smog and near the historic center of Rome. It's near also Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo. There are small restaurants for the evening which I can advise you and clubs where to drink after listening to great music. You can go to Trastevere in ten minutes and lose yourself in the small streets of this beautiful district.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Trastevere is one of the most beautiful district in Roma, with his characteristic streets where you can shopping during the day and immerse yourself in the roman movida in the night. If you cross Ponte Sisto you will find yourself in the beautiful Via Giulia and go to Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Navona.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
For us it is important to clean up the exchange of apartments: we leave it clean and we want those who enter our house to leave it clean. In our home we have carpets and rugs very comfortable and we would not like to bring home shoes. A special care for our two cats and our plants, if this is not possible the porter will come twice a day to feed cats and water them. Obviously we would like to find everything as we leave it.
