Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our mountain apartment is cozy and bright. On the second floor of an apartment building with lift.
We have one bedroom with a double bed, a space with a bunk bed and another single bed at the end of the entrance corridor. Then, in the living room there are two sofa bed, one single and one double.
A few steps on foot from the start of the cross-country track used in the 2006 Winter Olympics and which leads to Val Troncea. The thing we like most is the large window with the view towards the mountain and the sun setting at sunset.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The apartment is located in a quiet area but with a short walk you can reach the village center where all the services are located (supermarket, shops, weekly market, art gallery, private recreational center with swimming pool, tennis and horses to ride)
In winter, the Olympic cross-country ski track starts just a stone's throw from the house.
Pragelato is the starting point in summer for excursions on foot or by bicycle (see for example the tour of Assietta) and in winter for cross-country skiing.
Pragelato is 3 km from Val Troncea where the cableway leading to Sestriere departs next to the CubMed. And 9 km from Sestriere where the Via Lattea lifts begin, a ski area that extends over more than 200 km of slopes and about 250 ski lifts and which allows, starting from Sestriere to go to Sansicario, Sauze d ' oulx, Claviere and also get to Montgenèvre in France with the international ski pass.
There's a Golf Course in Pragelato-Plan and another one in Sestriere.
In summer you can also horseback riding or swimming in the Kinka Village.
