La zona è strategica, la fermata della metro è sotto casa e il porto dista 100 m ( direzione isole di Capri, Procida, Ischia). Il centro storico con i presepi dista 15 minuti a piedi e lo stesso tempo impiegherete per raggiungere lo splendido lungomare.
Attorno ci sono negozi e ristoranti. Il teatro di San Carlo e il palazzo reale distano 5 minuti a piedi.

Vi consigliamo di visitare il palazzo reale, il Castel nuovo/ Maschio Angioino, la cappella Sansevero, il Castel dell'Ovo tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La metro sotto casa poi vi porterà in 10 minuti alla stazione ferroviaria dove potrete prendere il treno per Pompei Ercolano, Sorrento.
Il porto per le isole di Capri, Ischia e Procida dista 5 minuti a piedi.
