Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our home is a comfortable apartment (100 m2) in a 6 flats condominium. There is a big livingroom with a tiny terrace (big enough to eat outside), a eat-in kitchen, four bedrooms (1 double, 3 single - in two of them you can add a single bed), 2 bathrooms, and two other service balconies. There is also a garage, but it's easy to find parking places near the house.
We live 10 minutes walk from the railway station and from the main square in the historical center. There is a not busy road on the front of the house and a vegetable garden on the back. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Figline Valdarno is a little town near to Florence (19 km), with a tiny historical center. It is a very good place to stay if you want to visit Florence, Arezzo, Chianti area, and other great Tuscany places, because is near to main highways (20' to Florence, 1h to Siena), very well served by train (15' to Florence, 35' to Arezzo, 1h 30' to Pisa), and easily reachable from Pisa or Florence airport. It's not an expensive town, with less traffic and noise than Florence. We live in a quiet street from where you can reach in few minutes of walk every service you need (shops, train station, restaurants, bars, children playgrounds, etc.).
