Located in the town center near all the shops: small supermarket, butcher with local products, post office, bank, tobacconist bar, pharmacy, hairdresser, pizzeria restaurant.
In the house you will find useful addresses for your excursions, however I will be available to advise you in the best way and satisfy your desires.
Art and marine locations reachable by car: Grosseto, Florence, Argentario and Maremma beaches, Isola del Giglio with embarkation in Porto Santo Stefano; Elba Island with boarding in Piombino, the Val d'Orcia with Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza are perfect as destinations for a food and wine tour organized in the traditional Tuscan cuisine, with typical local products and recipes.
Siena is also not far away, home of the palio that takes place every year on July 2nd and August 16th.
Staying in the village, at various times of the year is a succession of festivals and cultural and gastronomic events in a climate of great conviviality.
Example: late July: large snail festival and strozzapreti; September: 2nd Sunday The famous Palio dei Ciuchi; in October, the Wine Festival, etc.
The surroundings of Prestano for walking, also wanting the Via Francigena, or by bike and for those who love water sports, rivers and the sea are a short distance away.
On the border between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto, the natural thermal baths of Petriolo and Saturnia offer various solutions to enjoy pleasant moments of well-being and relaxation for the mind and the body, from free baths in the springs and natural pools of water thermal that are found in the middle of the nature, to the luxurious establishments where it is pampered with every kind of treatment.

I provide bed linen, bath towels: towels, shower towels and bathrobe with courtesy products and kitchen linen.
Note that a 4th bed is possible with a folding bed in the living room.
A woman of our confidence will take care of the reception and to whom you will refer for urgencies, this in the case in which we were not present.
You will find beds made with clean and perfumed linen, will prepare the bath and kitchen linen, will take care of cleaning the house before and after your stay, all for € 50 to be paid directly to the person or left on the table together with the keys to your departure.
NO check-in on Sundays and holidays.
A car is recommended to visit the many typical Tuscan places.

To my guests, in the summer season, an agreement is reserved for the use of the swimming pool in a renowned farmhouse in KM. 2 from home. At the farm you can taste the typical Maremma dishes of their home cooking at Km 0, honest prices.
Directions will also be given to you for bathing establishments on the beautiful beaches of the coast.
