Description of the home we are offering for exchange
villino a schiera su tre piani con giardino,terrazzi, camino, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, microonde, ha tre camere da letto due salotti,pianoforte,una graziosa cucina con maioliche di Vietri costruita da noi. Vi sono 4 biciclette a vostra disposizione per raggiungere il mare poco distante,. Anzio è un paese sul mare con un porto turistico e un porto di pescatori dove si può acquistare del buon pesce fresco ed economico al rientro delle barche, è un paese che parla della storia dell'antica Roma, dello sbarco degli Americani nella II guerra mondiale. Il mare si affaccia su due riviere ed è piacevole fino a sera. E' una località turistica piena di graziosi locali dove mangiare del buon pesce. Con 40 minuti si può raggiungere Roma con l'auto o con il comudo treno che vi porta direttamente al centro di Roma che non ha bisogno di presentazione per la sua straordinaria bellezza e cultura. Abbiamo al nostro attivo tre scambi tutti con esito positivo. Vi aspettiamo!!!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Viviamo in una strada secondaria molto tranquilla, ma a piedi ci sono tutti i negozi, servizi e trasporti utili. Il mare è molto bello, su alcune spiagge c'è musica anche la sera e diventano piacevoli locali sotto le stelle. A 5 km c'è il porto dove ci si può imbarcare con il traghetto per raggiungere Ponza e le altre isole dove si può andare e tornare in giornata. Napoli dista a 2h mezza . Si può andare a cavallo ci sono vari maneggi e un simpatico ttrenino turistico bianco e celeste aperto che vi accompagna per le varie spiagge al centro di Anzio

Per noi è importante che voi vi relazionate con la nostra casa come fareste se fosse la vostra, prendendovene cura, per la pulizia ci sarà una signora a disposizione, le piante del giardino se volete annaffiarle ne abbiamo piacere altrimenti ci sarà un giardiniere. Si può fumare ma solo negli spazi esterni. Chiudere luci porte e finestre quando uscite anche per poche ore. nel giardino c'è una tartaruga di terra che passeggia
