Description of the home we are offering for exchange
The detached house is situated in a quiet in the center of Sinalunga , characteristic village of the Province of Siena.
It is a medieval lookout tower (in 1300) which, although completely renovated in 2001 is equipped
with all modern conveniences, has kept the original features ancient building with two rooms hexagonal and one circular.
The lovely fireplace, the old furniture, the ceiling with wooden beams, fully restored, together with the beauty of the surroundings, for a pleasant stay in this house all year.It can accommodate two people and a child, has a living room with fireplace, sofa and TV, kitchen with fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher; room with double bed (possibility of extra bed because there is a pouf- bed) and walk-in closet; comfortable bathroom with shower and hair dryer. It is also equipped with heating and washing machine.

Sinalunga is a tranquil oasis of rest and recreation in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, it offers the opportunity to visit many interesting places and admire the beautiful landscape of the "Crete Senesi" and "Chianti".
It 'a great base to visit important art cities such as Siena - Pienza - Montepulciano - Montalcino - Arezzo - Cortona - Perugia - Orvieto - all within 60 Km. Florence and Rome are respectively 90 km and 170 Km.
It is in the middle of a comfortable road network, 5 km from the A1 motorway, which connects quickly to the center of Italy so travelling by car is the best way to visit around, as well as being served from railway and private bus companies that allow you to reach Siena , Arezzo , Florence and Rome.
In addition to the primary services such as pharmacies, banks, supermarkets and shops, there are many opportunities for recreation as stables and riding school, horseback riding, rental cars and mountain bikes, tennis courts, swimming pools and golf course.
