We are a family who love go around the world. We are me and Paolo and two daughters Giula ed Erika, that they now live on their own and don't always travel with us. Matteo, 16 years old, he still follows us on our travels and loves this type of holiday very much. We are very orderly and respectful of others and their belongings. We love Rome and we can help you to visit the best. I am an historical art teacher and my husband is an archeology profesor at Sapienza University.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, near buses that take you to central Rome within 20 minutes. Grocery store is just 5 mins away. Antonella was very accommodating and the local area has restaurants as well. Antonella was very helpful with any questions we had. Our trip was thoroughly enjoyable.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
A big flat in Rome. Our home it is very confortable, at the 4th floor, in a quite zone, perfect to turn around Rome. There are a lot of book because we are two teachers, my husband teaches Archaeology at the University Sapienza and I teaches Art History at a high school. We love to take care of details. Our house is in a building that was the first built for the senators of the Italian Republic, in a very well-equipped area of buses and with a nearby subway.
We love it a lot because it keeps all our memories and our lives. There are antique and modern furniture. But also games for children of all ages, like playstation. Hospitality for me and Paolo is a way of life. The area is full of shops and restaurants and we are close to the Appia Antica and the historic Garbarella district

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Rome has always been one of the most beautiful cities in the world. However, today the historic center has lost its soul and has become a large B&B. Living in our neighborhood means getting to know the authentic city without the chaos and traffic. We are very close to historic districts such as Garbatella and Testaccio but also a few steps from the large Appia Antica park. we are also very experienced being art and archeology teachers, therefore we can provide all the information to know the artistic and archaeological beauties of this city but also the most particular and exclusive places.
