Apartment on two floors of 120 square meters, panoramic terraces and garden, with internal stairs and independent entrance in the historic center of a small town in the Marche hills, 20 km from the Adriatic Sea and 35 km from the Sibillini Mountains. The location in the center of Italy is strategic to visit many places of historical and tourist interest: Rome, Bologna, Milan, Perugia, Naples, Florence are easily reachable by car or public transport. Le Marche offers tranquility, good food, excellent wine, music and culture in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Magliano di Tenna is a characteristic small and peaceful Italian town located inside a medieval castle on the top of a gentle Marche hill. The village is very quiet and the inhabitants constitute a very close and welcoming community.
