The owners are living there as well. Your apartment is completely private. We can do non-simultaneous swaps. New kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, freezer and fridge. Washing machine and dryer shared use.
The bedroom is our coolest room in summertime, you will be happy. The bed is 160x200cm, there is a protection integrated in the window against mosquitos, the bathroom is equipped with shower, bidet, WC. In the living room you find a big library of German and some English books. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a table with 4 seats, a bed couch, TV and a sideboard with some games. The entrance is for your private use.
The garden covers about 700 sq. m. Several fruit, lemon and olive trees provide shade. The swimming pool measures 8x4 m. There is space to park one vehicle in the driveway.
