Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We have had 3 wonderful previous exchanges and are now looking for our fourth. We are looking for an exchange for Summer 2020.
Our house is in 3 acres of land located on farmland with a river and forest within walking distance. Ideally situated for all major towns/cities. Our home is bright, airy and spacious. There are five double bedrooms (master en-suite). The family bathroom has a bath and spacious separate shower. The bathroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible.
We are conveniently located in the Midlands of Ireland, with easy access to Dublin (90mins), Cork (60mins), Limerick (60mins) and all parts of Ireland. Thurles is serviced by a train station that has regular services to Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Tralee. Thurles has numerous restaurants, The Source cultural centre/theatre, golf course and multi-screen cinema.
There are bicycles available, a trampoline, climbing frame/swings, goalposts.
We have a 5-seat car for exchange, if required.
