Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Bungalow with views over the Glen of the Downs towards the Irish Sea, The Sugar Loaf Mountain and Dublin Bay. Open Plan living area. Access to the Sugar Loaf mountain on foot. 40 min drive from Dublin city centre. Short driving distance to the beach Brittas Bay and the lovely coastal towns of Bray and Greystones. Kilmacanogue is the nearest village.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We are situated on the Red Lane at the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains. It is a short walk to the Sugar Loaf mountain trail, the Glenview Hotel and a bus stop which will bring you directly to Dublin city centre. We are on a country road with neighbours close by. We are in close proximity to the coastal towns of Bray and Greystones with Delgany and Kilmacanogue our nearest shops. It is a 40 minute drive to Dublin city centre. There is lots to see and do in this area, for example the scenic Powerscourt House and Waterfall and Glendalough. Some people may like to mountain bike in Ballinastoe Woods or walk the Wicklow
Way all within in short distance from our house.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
It is a short walk to the foothill of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and to the Wicklow Mountains. Local Attractions are Powerscourt House and Waterfall, Glendalough, Avoca and Dublin city centre is easily accessible by car or public transport. The coastal villages of Bray and Greystones are a short drive also with lovely beaches or you can drive a little further to Brittas Bay. Ballinastoe Woods with mountain bike trails is a short drive. There is lots to see and do in this area.
