Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Upstairs - 1 bathroom and 1 living room with DVD player. Downstairs - 3 bedrooms (1 double with ensuite, I single and 1 with bunk beds) , 1 living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom. At the rear of house a large patio area is covered with rubber mat surface for play and there are outdoor table and chairs. Equipment for use - 2 sets golf clubs (male and female), wetsuits of various sizes (child and adult), body boards for fun in the waves.

The house is in a quiet rural setting, on its own grounds and 5 minutes drive from village. The village has cafe, restaurant, small shop, pier and beautiful blue flag beach, ideal for walks and swimming. There is a small island with historical ruins that can be walked to at low tides. 10 min to a mid size town and 45 min to a larger town. Glenveagh National Park 40 min drive. Slieve league - Highest sea cliffs in Europe 45 min drive.

Within 5 minutes drive - Blue flag beach and other beaches / links golf/ restaurant / local shop/ nature reserve/pub/ancient ruins/walks. Within 15 minutes more beaches/ small town / pitch & putt. Less than an hour drive to the highest sea cliffs in Europe/ renowned National Park / Errigal Mountain - highest in Ireland /sea caves/larger towns.

Relax and enjoy our house, the house will be clean and tidy when you get there, please leave in the same condition. Feel free to use any products in cupboards such as tea bags etc. Household laundry (sheets towel etc ) can be left in the utility room when leaving and we will deal with them.
