We would love to welcome you to our Family Friendly 4 bedroom detached home
Our house is a bright, modern, comfortable detached house in Galway in the West of Ireland.
There are 3 double bedrooms, plus one bedroom with 2 single beds for 2 children We have 3 bathrooms (2 en suite) and a toilet downstairs. We have 2 living rooms both with solid fuel stove, and we have a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen and a Conservatory. The rear of the house is Southeast facing and has a patio and large garden
10km from Galway city. It is a quiet area.
The festival capital of Ireland which will be the European capital of Culture city 2020

Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We are walking distance to the village of Claregalway.
We are ideally situated only 10 km from the bustling and vibrant city of Galway with its international film, art, horse racing and seafood festivals during the summer months and a wide range of activities from water sports to golf .Galway is set to be the European City of Culture for 2020
Just over an hour and an half away is the world famous Irish landmarks The Burren and The Cliffs of Moher. With it’s stunning landscape and exquisite beaches, the Co. Clare coastline is waiting to be discovered. Westport Co Mayo a beautiful quaint town is one hour 30 mins away. Dublin is 2 hours on the motorway which is 10 mins from the house.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are 1km from Claregalway village which is accessible by foot. In the village there is a supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, beauticians, 2 hotels with bars and restaurant attached also a Chinese and Indian restaurants . We have a small castle open to the public during the summer. We are 10km from Galway city and Salthill. Westport can be reached in 1 hour 30 mins Castlebar in 1 hour. Claregalway is on the Wild Atlantic Way.
