Our house is a 4 bedroomed detached house in the university town of Maynooth. Maynooth is about 20KM from Dublin. Our house is within walking distance of the train station, which has regular trains into Dublin city center (about 1 per hour).
Our house was built in 1994 and has all mod cons. The main bedroom has an ensuite, there are 3 other bedrooms one with a double bed and the remaining two with single beds in each room. There is also a main bathroom with a shower and bath. Downstairs there is a kitchen/breakfast room and utility room with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. There are also three reception rooms downstairs and two of these have televisions. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Our house is a pet free home as we are allergic to cats and dogs and is also a non smoking home.
There is a patio door leading out onto a south-facing garden.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Maynooth is a university town with a population of about 10,000 people. The university has lovely grounds for walks and is open to the public. There are also some wonderful walks. For example, along the canal, you can walk to towns along the canal. Our house is a 40 minute drive from Portmarnock beach and the marina village of Malahide.
