Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our beautiful, 3BR kid-friendly house in Canggu is close to great cafés, shopping and Finn’s recreation club (and sports summer camp!). 5 min drive (20 minute walk) to Berawa Beach. The whole lower level has sliding glass doors that can be fully open or closed (we keep open during the day and close at dusk). The house includes at no cost a housekeeper who will do daily cleaning (babysitting or cooking would need to be paid extra).

Canggu is a residential neighbourhood that is full of quality restaurants and boutiques. There are a quite a few long term foreign residents, as well as Indonesians, but it feels rather different from other parts of Bali, as there are no large hotels or resorts nearby. It is a great base for exploring the island, including Ubud, nearby beaches, and the Tanah Lot temple complex. We are also walking distance to the Bali Equestrian Centre.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Berawa beach is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk from our house. Its ruggedly beautiful and much less crowded than beaches in more heavily touristed areas. It is also a world class area to learn to surf.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Please treat Ibu Endang, the housekeeper with respect. She will do basic cleaning every day from 8:00 until 13:00, but if you want her to do more (cooking, baby sitting), you will need to pay her a small amount.
The Gardner and pool man will come one or twice a week.
