Spacious and fancy house 225 sq. metres. It is perfect for working, it has one big office and one small office.
Our house is on a quiet location on a canal just outside the city centre. 5 minutes walk to the historical centre of beautiful Delft.
We have bicycles and a Volvo Estate. Parking in front of the house.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Delft is a small beautiful and historical city (100.000 people). It is like a miniature Amsterdam with lots of canals. Delft is famous for its Delft Blue Pottery and Porcelain.
Our house is on a quiet location on a canal just outside the historical centre. It is a 5 minutes walk to the city centre and by car (parking in front of the house) it is a 5 minutes drive to the highway. Amsterdam 1 hour, Rotterdam 20 minutes, The Hague 20 minutes, beach 30 minutes. Perfect location. Lots of shops, restaurants in walking distance.

The two of us (both 59) are looking for a long term swap, three months or longer from 2022. Your house could basically be anywhere like the Americas, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe.
RV or MOTORHOME. Also you can stay in our house and we stay in your RV/motorhome or car+trailer. In that case the period can be long or short. US, Canada and Australia only.
We are flexible regarding the period. We are tidy and will take good care of your house.
