Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
We live on the west-side of Haarlem, close to the dunes (national park) and the sea. Walk or bike one km to the west and you're in nature (nice little pond, the dunes, 5 km further the sea), or go one km to the east and you're in the historic center of Haarlem, beautiful city, and 20 minutes train ride to Amsterdam (8 trains per hour). The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and well located.
