Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

A villa, very comfortable cosy house (1933) in the west of the city Apeldoorn, in a very quiet neighbourhood, with a large garden and a lot of privacy. Terace all around the house. The house is recently rebuild with a very nice modern kitchen and nice bathrooms. Apeldoorn is an attractive, cultural active and nice shopping town, the province is flat, woody, ideal for biking and walking. You can also visit our beautiful Kroondomeinen, the Veluwe and going into the friendly city. Most Dutch and some German cities as Amsterdam, Den haag and Rotterdam are reachable in one day excursions.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet, lots of forest in the area. Swimming pool nearby, also a tenniscourt. Atractionparc Julianatoren and the animalparc the Apenheul on walking distance. Nice area to hike en cycle. There are squirrels to see in trees in our garden. In the morning you wake up with the birds singing!

On a short distance you can find the citycenter for a supermarked, restaurants, cinema and theater. Atraction parc (Julianatoren) on walking disctance, an animal parc (Apenheul) also. On walking distance also Paleis t Loo with walking area (Kroondomeinen). One hour drive from Amsterdam.
