The maisonette apartment is located in the heritage-protected complex of the former Garde Ulanen barracks, which were built in clinker between 1869 and 1864.
It has a little garden with a view to and old park with trees to the South. There is also a terrace and a sunny big living room.
It is a maisonette, so there is also an upper floor with a second bathroom and two more rooms.
