Hello! We live in a two-family house from the 1960s in the 4,500-inhabitant community of Bubenreuth. In 2019, the entire ground floor was renovated and the grandmother's former apartment was divided into two. This is how our "parents' hotel suite" was created, consisting of a bedroom, adjoining bathroom with washbasin and Finnish sauna and a separate toilet and shower next to it. This area is spatially separated from the "real" apartment on the upper floor via the stairwell. On the upper floor there is the eat-in kitchen, a family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink, the two children's rooms and another room with a passage to the living room. From there you can get from the balcony via a spiral staircase directly into the large garden. The 900 square meter garden offers plenty of space to play, run and romp, jump on the trampoline, swing and watch animals (you can see squirrels every day, even from the kitchen window). The garden pond is childproof covered with a grid. The forest and a large meadow begin directly behind the garden fence. Pure nature!
