Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
La nostra casa si trova a Berlin-Wilmersdorf, nella parte ovest della citta`. Abitiamo in una casa del 1912. La strada è tranquilla, siamo vicini al Rüdesheimer Platz, una piazza conosciuta, si dice che sia una delle più belle d´Europa... in ca.15minuti si raggiunge con la metropolitana il centro ovest con il Kurfürstendamm. Il nostro appartamento fu restaurato nel 2012. Abbiamo un soggiorno, una cucina aperta con un balconcino, una camera da pranzo, un bagno con grande doccia e WC ed un WC extra. Una camera da letto con cabinet armadio. L´appartamento è situato verso sud. L´altezza delle camere è di ca.3,50 m. Nella casa c´è una grande entrata ma non abbiamo ascensori, abitiamo al 2. piano. Abbiamo parquet in tutte le camere e piastrelle nel bagno. In prossimità, al Rüdesheimer Platz, ci sono vari negozi. Due grandi supermercati sono in vicinanza, ca. 20minuti a piedi, o con l´autobus 186 in pochi minuti. Martedi e Venerdi mattina, fino alle ore 13, c´è un mercato con alimenatari nella "Eberbacher Strasse", tutto vicino. Nel nostro quartiere si trovano Ristoranti italiani, Pizzerie e Café ed un Ristorante francese. Con la metropolitana (U-Bahn) e con treni regionali (S-Bahn) si possono raggiungere anche i luoghi fuori Berlino con i laghi e foreste. Cé`anche la possibilità di fare delle "crociere" sui laghi intorno Berlino e visitare i castelli prussiani di Potsddam, dove viveva Federico il Grande.
