We enjoyed our first home exchange in Hawaii in 1985. We have been changing houses several times since then and had always fun and best experiences. After having had a break of some years we'd like to relive similar good times . Both of us are going to be retired next summer and would like to enjoy our freedom. At the moment I am a teacher (62) and Peter (67) has got his own office for engeneering. Travelling around the world is one of our hobbies. Our daughter Mirjam (30) has been living and working in Neuzealand since May 2017. So why not spending some time in Australia, Tasmania and Newzealand?

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our town house is located in a quiet surrounding, but only four kilometres to the 2000 yearold city AUGSBURG. There is a nice garden with terrace. Living room and open kitchen are on the ground floor. Our master bedroom and master bathroom you'll find on the first floor. There also is our office and a small room with all our books and photo albums.
Going up some more stepps you'll come to our second bedroom with a balcony (view to Augsburg) and the second bathroom. Of course there is a cellar: washing machine, dryer, storage and heating.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
In our neighbourhood there live people of our age and younger. A 30-minute walk through a little wood leads you to a lake (swimming/ice skating) and a possibility to play miniature golf. We've got a garage for the car and across the street there is a supermarket. Nearby also is located a doctor, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a post office, two banking houses ... all you need. Our next door neighbours speak English and will be happy to welcome you and help you in any way.
