1200 ft2 (110 m2) on 3 levels - garden views, hardwood flooring, high ceiling, light airy feel, ground floor opens to a 430 ft2 (40 m2) private patio garden. Bohemian chic arty taste, clean yet relaxed and lived in style
Beds: 1 double bed in master bedroom, 1 single bed in teen room, 2 single mattresses in teen room, 1 large Cassina Italian leather couch (single bed size) in living room
GROUND FLOOR : Open kitchen fully equipped with espresso machine, gas burners, dining and living open to garden patio furnished with table, chairs. Big comfy designer Italian leather couch, large screen Mac, contemporary and antique furniture
FIRST FLOOR: Bathroom with separate bathtub, separate shower and separate WC / bedroom with single bed / Master bedroom with double bed

Small-town village feel in the big city - 5 minute walk to subway line 11 direct ride to historic center (Notre Dame/La Seine) in 10 minutes, trains run every 2-4 minutes!
Located in the tree-lined neighborhood, le Quartier de l'Amerique, a breath of fresh air from downtown right next to the largest park inside Paris, Napoleon III's project, le parc des Buttes-Chaumont.
- 5 min by metro to the hipster Canal Saint Martin with cinemas (films in English and French), and also boat trips, rowing, sailing and water-sports in July and August during "Paris Plage"
- 15 min walk: the La Villette Science museum, Cite de la Musique, Philharmonic, jazz festival and park
- 5 min walk: open air farmer's market: Tue/Fri/Sun mornings until 12:30
- 5 min walk: subways 10 min direct ride every few minutes to the the historic Marais quarter, Notre Dame (the most central spot in Paris)
- 10 min walk: Belleville, one of the two China towns in Paris, with all kinds of Asian restaurants and food-stores
- 15 min by metro: North train station to take Eurostar to London 2.5 hrs / Brussels 1hr20 / Amsterdam 3hr via fast trains at Gare du Nord

-Several other bus and subway stations nearby 48, 75, 60, 7bis. Paris has amazing affordable, efficient, and user friendly public transportation system
-Washing machine is in our basement, a bit unusual but functional, line dry upstairs or in garden
-Possibility to include in swap use of Zero electric motorcycle (Santa Cruz import) for those who have a license tbc
-Possibility to include my art studio in Le Marais pictured in photo tbc
-we have a cat allergy in our family, however we can still swap if your cat stays elsewhere and home is thoroughly cleaned before our arrival
