Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Our house is located in a typical charming little village «PARAZA » near the famous canal du Midi. The main house has 4 bedrooms with water point and a large bathroom, a kitchen well equipped with a cute scullery, a dining room, and two lounges. In the adjoining barn, you can find the laundery, the cellar and all you need to enhance your stay. In the little second house we have : a billiard room, a dining room with kitchenette , 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In our garden we havé a swimmingpool and a barbecue area.

Our village is a small old one typical of the south west of France, near the canal du MIDI, with his little harbor for barges, surrounded by Vineyard, with narrow streets where life is good ! The place is beautiful and friendly, perfect to appreciate vines, art galeries, céramique workshops but also for hiking or biking. We are only 30 minutes from the sea and the pond of Bages with its pink flamingos.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our house we can walk a long the canal and among the vineyard … particulary amazing in autumn ! You can visit the cattle of paraza and taste their vines While listening to music. You can also visit the art galeries of the village and take a rest in the shade of magnolias enjoying the view of the snow-capped Pyrénées. L’abbaye de Fonfroide et les châteaux cathares are waiting for your visit to !!
