Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Renovated house with fitted kitchen, double living room, terrace, double bedroom on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms, 25 minutes from Paris, near the forest.
These our different propositions:
We are looking for an exchange for our son (15 ANS) in june 2015 to speak english, we can welcome your young in august 2015 to speak french.
We propose you a short exchange in october 2014 to visit Paris, We want to visit Rome with our children.
We would like to visit Newyork or Montreal with our family in July 2015.
