From the house many hikes, sea 15km and Côte d'Azur (museums - including that of perfume in Grasse; foundations (Hartung, Maeght, etc.). Picasso museum in Antibes, of art in Nice where is the famous carnival in February; Lemon Festival in Menton etc.

Reasonable use of water and... wine from my cellar. No barbecue on the terrace in case of wind, leave the house in order but the cleaning will be done by a person from the village. Small clean dog accepted. Cat allowed.
