We are a bilingual Franco-British couple. We had three highly successful home exchanges in Vancouver and Toronto when our daughters were small and now that they have grown up and left home and Guy is retired, we're keen to fit in as much travelling as we can. Past holidays have taken us to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Senegal, Kenya, St. Lucia, Mauritius, Bali, Brazil, India and many countries within Europe and we have recently enjoyed several highly successful exchanges via Homelink.

It is very close to a wide range of Cafes and Restaurants with easy access to the metro and buses. Guy and Caroline were top class hosts. Their home was very comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. There is so much to do in Paris; we visited the Louvre, the PIcasso Museum, the Orangerie, the Rodin Museum and our favorite the Musee D'Orsay. We picnicked in the Jardin de Tuileries and the Jardin de Luxembourg and by the lake at the Bois de Bologne. We went for a jazz brunch at the nearby Cafe de Mars and attended a concert of Vivaldi's music at the Madeline. We also spent a day in Fontainbleu which is just 40 minutes from Paris by train. We had a fantastic holiday! Thank you so much Caroline and Guy!

The apartment was ideal for a Paris stay. Lovely neighborhood, walk to Eiffel tower and Seine, yet quiet and neighborly.
