Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Modern house on a large park of 4000 m2 with swimming pool. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills. A very quiet area. 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from a 18 hole golf course and 2mn of a tennis club. With a huge heated pool in the middle of scrubland and Nîmoise not overlooked, our house has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nimes is known for its Romanité but is at the center of a triangle Marseille, Avignon and Montpellier. Provence and the Cevennes are close by.

Nous nous situons à 10 minutes du centre ville, en plein milieu de la garrigue.
Un club de tennis avec 30 courts est à 3 minutes et un golf à 10 minutes. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel sans vis à vis et est situé sur les hauteurs de Nîmes. Vous trouverez tous les commerces d'alimentation (du plus gros au plus modeste) à quelques kilomètres.

La ville de Nîmes, à 10 minutes, est très animée. Beaucoup de restaurants, cafés et brasseries. Vous pourrez aussi visiter les magnifiques "Jardins de la Fontaine", les monuments, Maison Carrée, Arènes mais aussi le Pont du Gard. Vous êtes idéalement situé pour aller à la plage (40 minutes) en Provence (30 minutes) ou en Cévennes (30 minutes).
