Description of the home we are offering for exchange

Large apartment (160 SQM) in the historic center of Montpellier, located on 2nd floor. Open sitting / dining room, fully equipped kitchen (American fridge/freezer, refrigerated wine cabinet, oven and hob, dishwasher), 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including 1 bath/1shower, 1 towel radiator and 2 toilets, washing machine and tumble drier, tv, wifi internet, fully furnished and equipped including bedlinen and towels. Very well located in the pedestrian center, you will find also parking facilities at 200m. The railway station is at 1km. Guests can reach Cathedral Saint Pierre within a 5-minute walk, Opera, Theatre and Cinema are only 10 minutes away.
