Our beautiful French home is in a large village which has all amenities, you can shop, buy coffee and go to a restaurant, all just a walk away.
Its is an ancient home with walls the thickness of your arm, but has been completely modernised with a new kitchen and new bathrooms.
It is has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . A living/kitchen/dinning room.
The lower level, has a bedroom and bathroom, a utility room go upstairs to the second level, where the kitchen/living/dinning area is, then up again to the second bedroom and bathroom.
This is a very old village house, so has small rooms, but has all that is needed for a wonderful French experience.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area

Our beautiful French home is in the heart of an ancient French village, so anyone wanting a real French experience , this is the place to come.
The village has all amenities, cafe,s , restaurants, shops and more.
We are 10 mins drive to the Mediterranean , and our home is in the centre of the largest wine region in the world. So you are surrounded by amazing wineries.
Cote des Mas, is an amazing restaurant and winery that is a must do.
Our neighbours are all friendly and welcoming, some speak English, infact we have an Australian expat across the road.
There is so much to do and see, I can't possibly add it all. Surfice to say Rome is 10 hrs drive away, Nice 3 hours and Barcelona is 3 hours.
The Spanish border is only 1 hrs away.

Our Preferences

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules

LOOKING FOR SWAPS IN SCOTLAND , IRELAND, AMALFI COAST

At last our travel restrictions are over ( due to Covid) and we are now eager to begin our adventures further afield again.
We are wanting to explore the top end of Scotland and Ireland now as this has been largely unexplored by us, we are happy to swap either our French or Australian home. For next year 2023 we would like to begin exploring the Amalfi coast of Italy , especially around Lake Como.
We will always consider swaps in Europe and France , as we love to have shorter adventures as well.
The disposal of rubbish in France is very strict, so all the directions regarding rubbish must be upheld.
All instructions to the house must be followed, as we live a long way off, the house must be fully cleaned and all foods and rubbish removed before leaving. We rely on all the instructions being followed, as we cannot go to check, we will mail a full set of instructions when a swap is arranged.
