Maison récente, entièrement rénovée il y a deux ans avec jardin, comportant quatre chambres, deux salles de bain, un grand séjour avec vue traversante sur le jardin. Possibilité d'accès de 9h à 22h à une piscine couverte privée située à 5 mn à pied. Proche du tramway pour se rendre à Caen. 15 mn en voiture des plages du débarquement. Possibilité de prêt de voiture.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
From our home, you are at 15 minutes by tram from the center of Caen, a very beautiful city to visit (around fifteen Gothic churches, the medieval castle of William the Conqueror ...). you can also enjoy the many restaurants, bars, shops of the city. Our house is located on the coast road where you can discover the landing beaches. We are located 20 minutes by tram from the station from where you can take a train to Paris (2 hours). We offer the loan of an automatic car to discover the region more easily. During your stay with us, you can also enjoy free access to a private swimming pool, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm located 3 minutes from our house (see the 2 photos)
