A British couple in our mid 60s who may have friends of similar age join them on an exchange. We run a small B&B and gite letting business in rural southwest France (Haute Vienne). It is our gite that we offer as our exchange property. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to consider exchanges at peak holiday times, eg Easter plus July & August. Exchanges could be non-simultaneous. We also offer hospitality exchange.
We would like to visit Portugal, particularly the Algarve in Feb/March 2021 as a Non-Simultaneous Exchange. Our exchange partners could have the option of coming to France in 2021, sometime April to early July or September.
Another option for early 2021 is the Algarve, Portugal - non-simultaneous exchange or exchangers with exchange partners coming to France in spring/early summer or autumn 2021.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
This is the heart of rural France with rolling hills and many lakes. It's a paradise for those who love walking and the challenge of cycling those hills. Many of the lakes have leisure facilities - swimming beaches, children's play areas, snack bars, picnic tables and walking tracks. Saint Mathieu lake is one of these, an easy 5 minute drive. There are 2 others within a 20 minute drive - Saint Estephe and Videix.

Our home exchange - here are our Preferences and House Rules
Please leave our house as clean and tidy as you find it. Please do not use bleach or products with bleach as this will interrupt the function of our septic tank (fosse septique). Some occasional watering of plant tubs may be helpful.
Please recycle rubbish whenever suitable (full info will be available on what can be recycled and how)
We are happy for well behaved dogs to accompany responsible owners. We do ask that dogs don't go into the bedrooms or lie on the sofas. Owners are asked to clean up each day after their dogs. Dogs should be on leads in the courtyard as our neighbours have cats.
