Yves, Bernadette : We did 15 successful exchanges between 2000 and 2020 (12 international and 3 in the south of France), a number of them with our three children, who are now adults. One of my daughters and a friend might accompany us in the future. We are interested in destinations like the East Coast of the USA, particularly Massachusetts and New York City. At present we have 2 cats but they mostly live outside in the daytime and always sleep outside during the night; we are happy to provide cat care, as we have done on many previous exchanges (and even chicken care :)

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Roomy House, quiet & green district, near historical center town - Planted with tree garden. The neighborhood is very safe, next to a charming park and wood. The park has a play structure, tennis courts and open field.
Within 40 minutes of our home, you can get to wild and windy Pointe du Raz, France's equivalent of Land's End or visit the exquisite village of Locronan which occupies a long-sacred spot named after a revered Irishman who settled here in the Dark Ages.
Brittany's beaches are places where you can just relax, or enjoy sports and activities. Within 20 minutes of the house, you'll find little coves and long stretches of fine sand.

Quartier tranquille, près d'un petit bois avec des sentiers de promenade. Le centre historique (musées, restaurants, galeries d'art) et les bords de l'Odet sont accessibles à pied en 20 mn.

Les plages sont à 15 mn de voiture : sable pour le farniente, rochers pour la pêche à pied, vagues pour le surf...
