Bretagne is a very rich region, and is an ideal holiday destination for all. Whether you are interested in water sports, hiking, culture or simply relaxing in the breton sun there is something for everyone.
Things not to miss, Pont Scorff with it's art galleries. The WW11 sub-marine base in Lorient and the Eric Tabarly centre. There are daily boat trips to the Island of Groix, and of course there is the famous early August Interceltic Festival in Lorient, where you can soak up the celtic culture of our region, with it's food, music and dances.
There are many beaches to spend the day nearby where you can surf, sail, swim, relax.
If you are keen walkers, the are fabulous hikes that you can do following the clearly marked footpaths.

If you want to travel and explore other regions of France, Normandy and it's historic beaches is three hours by car.
Paris is 3 hours by train, which leave every hour from the station in Lorient.
