Born Parisian, I spent half of my life abroad on various continents, always with a dog (or two).
Formerly a management consultant and professor, I am now a 41-year-old PhD student in Electrical Engineering at Stanford!
I am easygoing and respectful, and love to meet people with other cultures and beliefs.
Homeowner in Paris, I would like to trade my Parisian 2-bedroom for a nice home somewhere in the Silicon Valley, not too far from Stanford and/or SF, and willing to accept my two amazing small dogs. Long-term preferred!

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Neighbourhood description:
You will be impressed by the Montparnasse Tower, 210 meters of glass and steel, whose terrace and restaurant on the top floor offer a panoramic view of Paris.
Between Brittany's crêperies, cinemas, bars and brasseries, Asian restaurants, theaters and cabarets on Rue de la Gaîté, the district promises a lively mix. Leaning on the Tournesol's bar, you will meet the young night owls of the neighborhood in an original and warm decor.
The Place Edgar Quinet offers inviting bistro terraces, one of the largest Monoprix in Paris, and a lively market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
By joining the Boulevard du Montparnasse, you will find the bohemian spirit of the 1920s, with the Coupole, the Dome, the Rotonde, or a little further, the Closerie des Lilas. So many mythical places where, after Cocteau, Brassaï, Man Ray and Modigliani, the Hemingway, Miller, and Fitzgerald had their smoky and alcoholic habits.
For a quiet walk, the Luxembourg Garden is nearby. But to satisfy a sudden urge to shop, prefer the Rue de Rennes. Its jammed sidewalks, which go down to Saint Germain des Prés, host the famous Fnac and so many shops.
