Our Home For Exchange

Description of the home we are offering for exchange

OUR SMALL APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF NICE IS AVAILABLE DURING JULY AND AUGUST (sometimes September). We often travel without our grown-up children and enjoy exchanging with other small downtown places.
Cosy 30m2 studio-apartment in the very heart of Nice. Walking distance to the beaches, place Massena, place Garibaldi, shopping streets, old town and the old harbor, museums, markets, restaurants and bars, the Ferry to Corsica, the beautiful coast and coastal walk as well as the train station. The apartment is for 2 maximum 3 people. Kitchen, living and sleeping are open space, the bathroom with shower and washing machine is separate. The apartment is available during the summer month only.

You will be in the heart of Nice next to the Museum of Modern Art and Place Garibaldi. All is in walking distance: beaches, the famous "Promenade des Anglais" for running, biking and walking, the beautiful place Massena, the shopping streets and lovely old town. You will not need a car as you can come directly by tram from the airport and from the train station. Restaurants, bars, cinemas, supermarket and grocery stores are right across the street.

You can do every day a fantastic day tour or just enjoy Nice. The train (walking distance) brings you in 10 to 30 minutes beautifully along the coast to Villefranche sur mer, Monaco, Menton or the other way to Antibes and Cannes. Paris is 5:30hrs direct and so in Milan (1change). The ferry takes you in 3hrs to Corsica (terminal walking distance).
