The house, with a beautiful view of the hills, is located on the heights of the Vaufrèges residential district in Marseille's 9th arr in the direction of Cassis, near the Calanques and the Luminy university campus. Ideal for hikers, the house borders the Calanques National Park, and walks are accessible without taking the car.
In fine weather, after a hot day of sightseeing or a day on the beach, you'll be delighted to gather in the garden or on the terrace in a corner of Marseille's countryside.
You can get to town by bus (bus 21 or bus 22S).
Supermarket are 5 minutes away by car.
The apartment is on the edge of the Calanques National Park, close to all of Marseille's Calanques: Sugiton, Morgiou and Sormiou, and En Vau, where beautiful walks await you.
It's a 10-minute drive from Marseille's nearest beach (l'Escale Borély) and a 15-minute drive from Cassis.
It's 10 minutes from the Le Corbusier building and 15 minutes by car or bus from the Orange Vélodrome stadium.
Museums: the Musée d'Art Contemporain, the Château Borély with its earthenware museum, its racecourse and park, the Vieille Charité, the magnificent Musée d'Histoire, the MUCEM, the Musée Regards de Provence, the Musée Cantini, the Palais Longchamp... are all accessible by public transport, as is Notre Dame de La Garde.
You can also take the bus to the Provencal market at Le Prado or La Plaine.
