Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
quiet house in the mountain of Pilat, close to any activity (hiking, climbing, swimming ...). 35 minutes from Lyon (number 1 in French gastronomy). The small town of St Etienne and many surrounding villages are very beautiful to visit. We offer all the information on visits, excursions, and possible activities as well as a car to get around easily.
The house is calm, bright and very well maintained with a large secure garden, not overlooked, and a sheltered terrace to enjoy and eat near the small above-ground swimming pool of 3m ²

The house should be clean and tidy when we get back, nothing should be missing and if something is broken or destroyed, just let us know that we are discussing it. We provide all the equipment: TV, Netflix, 100 board games, barbecue, swimming pool, and all necessary equipment.
A nice basket of culinary delicacies from the regions will be waiting for you as a welcome gift
Our two recommendations are to take care of our cat (food and litter) and not to let him go outside. And if you want to smoke, please smoke outside in the garden
