We have our cat Elsa who is shy with strangers but after giving her some time for sure will show interest as soon as she is hungry. Maggie is our 15 year old dog, who is now "retired" in France (she is mexican), Maggie enjoy's short walks, company and her favourite hobby is sleeping all day long.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Built around 1700-1800s it has been renovated to have maximum comfort without sacrificing the original charm.
Two floor house of 90m² counts with a small patio and a 400m² garden, nice view set up with a terrace perfect for barbecues.
First floor: living room and dining room in an open space. Small kitchen with sliding ports facing "The Patio" a nice place to dinner in exterior or using the brasero at night. Laundry room fully equipped with a small wc.
Second floor: 2 rooms and one dressing (with a convertible sofa), bathroom (tub/shower) and separate wc.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
All services (1-3 minutes walk): 2 bakeries and a corner shop 50 meters away, butcher shop 20 meters away, pharmacy and medical cabinet 220 meters away; in addition to being located 20 minutes walk from Montreuil sur Mer; medieval city that attracts thousands of tourists from England, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, etc.; In addition to being a holiday center for Parisians and Lilloise, especially in summer, when you can enjoy the market with local products, the terraces, bars and restaurants.
If you want to take the car, the beaches of Touquet and Beck sur Mer are 15 minutes away.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
Our house is located 2km from Montreuil sur Mer, a medieval town dating back to the 13th century, with its beautiful ramparts and picturesque streets, inviting you to explore every corner of the town and try a bite in its many restaurants and bars. If gastronomy interests you, you cannot miss the renowned restaurant "La Grenouillere" that has two Michelin stars, located in La Madeleine Sous Montreuil (20 minutes by foot)
1 km away is the Chartreuse de Neuville, a 14th century abbey, completely renovated and open to the public where concerts and exhibitions are organized.
Club Canoe Kayak Montreuillois (500 mts) organizes trip to the sea following the river "La Canche"; if you have small kids or you are not a sports fanatic, there is a second option "Le Petit Quentovic" (10 km) that organizes trips trough the river by an electric boat.
The seaside resorts are 16 km away:
1.Le Touquet Paris-Plage "The most elegant beach in France" known for being the weekend beach of Parisians (golf, casino, galleries, antique and decoration shops) in addition to numerous restaurants and a very beautiful beach.
2.Berck-sur-Mer, a former fishing village, is particularly famous thanks to its famous International Kite Meetings (end of April). Berck is also 12 km of fine sand, dotted with pastel-colored cabins; the resort is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, but also for families.
Lots of options to visit in the “Cote d’Opal”
St Valery and Le Crotoy (25km), Hardelot (25km), the Griz Nez and Blanc Nez cabos (50/60km).
The largest aquarium in Europe, Nausicaa located (20km) in Boulogne Sur Mer has an impressive exhibition of species, mantarayas and tiburones, perfect for a family trip.
