The house is very close to the edge of the pedestrian zone of Aix. And, on the side of town with good food stores and restaurants. The terrace is large and a wonderful place to sit most any time of the day. We had dinner there twice and drinks other times. The kitchen has all you need to cook - which we did - but it would help to have more instructions. It took us a few days to figure out how to use some things. There is off street parking if you bother to have a car.
