Mary 59 is a nurse practitioner, Soren 58 is from Denmark and is a teacher. We have two grown children and a son-in-law some of whom may accompany us on exchanges if they have the time. We have done 6 wonderful home exchanges through a different website which has changed and become more of an Air BnB type site. We are interested only in simultaneous exchanges. We also have Cecil who is our Ragdoll Cat. He is an indoor cat and would need care so we can only exchange with cat lovers.

Lovely quite neighborhood, away from the bustle and noise of Manhattan yet just a quick train ride from all of it. We are 1 block from Prospect Park for biking, paddle boating, carousel, zoo, summer concerts. Walking distance to the grocery store, movie theater and many restaurants and coffee shops. 8 minute walk to the subway.

Our home exchange - places to go and things to do while staying in our home
We are a short walk to the train and everything NYC has to offer. We commute to Manhattan daily, it’s very easy and then you can return to a quiet, peaceful, fully equipped home. Prospect Park is a beautiful busy park. In the summer there are free concerts and events at the Bandshell. There is a zoo and a carousel as well. Great place for running. You can rent a paddle boat at the boat house or a 4 seater peddle car. The Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Gardens are nearby.
