Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We live in a lovely, sunny and large (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) duplex 3 minutes walking to the countryside, 5 minutes walking to a supermarket and nice restaurants and 30 minutes to the center of Madrid in public transportation (railway and bus station 1 minute from home). In the begining of “Sierra de Madrid”, it's 20 minutes by car to awesome places in a natural reserve to walk and cycle. Our house has also a chimney, a terrace and a communal swimming pool for the summer.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
A quiet neighborhood, next to the Guadarrama River on the outskirts of the town of Galapagar. There are several restaurants in the surroundings and excursions to walk through the countryside from the door of the house. Very well connected with the city of Madrid on the one hand, and on the other with emblematic places of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
