Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Large house only 10 minutes by train from the center of Copenhagen. 10 minutes by car to the beach.
Quiet area and a big garden where you can enjoy a barbecue and the long summer nights of Denmark.
The house has a ground floor, a first floor and a basement.
On the ground floor you find the big open kitchen, dining / living room with a big couch. One of the 5 bedrooms and one of the two bathrooms are also on this floor. The bedroom has a double bed 140 cm.
On the first floor you find 4 bedrooms - 3 with single beds and 1 with a double bed. There is a walk in closet and a big bathroom.
In the basement you have a common room with a bar, a TV room with 2 sparebeds, a small sauna with connected shower and a boiler room with washing machine and workshop.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
Quiet area with good shopping areas within 500 meters.
The S-train to Copenhagen runs to the south of the property. You can hear it, when you sit in the garden.
There are local restaurants nearby and various take-aways.
It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the station and the train to Copenhagen central station takes 10 minutes, so within 20 minutes you are right next to Tivoli.
