We thought your house was lovely and relaxing. the garden was peaceful and we loved all the terrasses. Every thing was easy and we appreciated the messages we exchanged to share on our expériences. A little suggestion: maybe you could leave more recent leaflets on what to visit outside Copenhagen and instructions on the washing machine . ( minor details as you can see). Also for your next guests : clearly explain how to buy the first metro tickets on arrival in the airport ( we needed help to find the right machine and then what to type to get the right ticket and did not know if we had to validate oir tickets somewhere ). No big deal of course.

Description of the home we are offering for exchange
We are planing to go to Sydney in the autumn 2023 for 3-4 weeks. Nice 200 m2 villa with a beautiful garden 700 m2 in a quiet residential area. 4 bedrooms (one bed 160 cm and three beds 140 cm, kitchen, diningroom with fireplace, 2 livingrooms, 2 bathrooms. Ping-pong and room in basement. Two terraces (morning and afternoon) The house is locates in a quiet area. There is 600 m to forest, 600 m to park and 1,2 km to sandy beach and still there is only 15 min. to downtown Copenhagen with a car and 30 minutes with bicycle. Shops, cafees and restaurants are 500 m from the house in Charlottenlund.
We have made 10 successful exchanges (France, Spain, Italy, USA and Canada) and we are looking forward to new ones.
For summer holidays we prefer a house close to the sea, but for other exchanges.
